North Geelong’s most talked-about restaurant, ‘1915’, have collaborated with neighbours, Anther Gin Distillery, on the development of an exciting new “Gin Dinner” concept.

Anther Distillery, world-renowned award-winning gin and spirits distillery, shares its location within the Federal Mills with 1915, and recently unveiled its latest artistic spirit creation, Anther Geelong Dry Gin. In celebration of this release, 1915 head chef Andy Symeonakis (Kingsleys Steak & Crab House, Hellenic Republic, Lorne Hotel) has created a menu inspired by the local botanics and aromas within the gin, such as salt bush, juniper and citrus savoury spice.

The 1915 Anther Gin Dinner experience will commence with gin tasting guided by Anther distillery founder & microbiologist, Dr. Dervilla McGowan, Ph.D, followed by a three-course meal with paired gin cocktails.

The dinners are on Wednesday 17th November and Thursday 18th November.
