Ballarat Heritage Festival will run from Friday 7th to Sunday 30th May with over 80 events across Ballarat. 

The event highlights the UNESCO City of Craft and Folk art providing a unique look at the city’s rare trades and craft skills, the incredible architecture, streetscapes and buildings Ballarat is famous for and the people behind them.

Take a walk through the streets of Ballarat or around Lake Wendouree and experience the City through audio tours, storytelling by film, augmented reality, talks, tours, craft and rare trade demonstrations and event offerings. Experience Ballarat Nostalgia, bringing back memories from when you were a kid, or capture the perfect photo at contemporary history selfie installations. All this exploring will make you hungry and thirsty so be sure to visit a local venue across town and indulge in Ballarat’s delicious food scene.
