Open Gardens Victoria will open ‘Craigie’, a stunning City of Ballarat garden for the first time.

‘Craigie’ is the beautiful home (circa 1860s) and expansive garden of owners David and Maria Cook. Located in the historically and architecturally significant precinct of Soldiers Hill, the entire suburb is covered by a City of Ballarat Heritage Overlay. The gardens harmonise with the heritage home, creating a perfect blend of history and nature. 

The design balances aesthetic appeal with practicality, blending beauty and function to create a serene yet productive outdoor space. Charming stepping stone pathways connect the different spaces.
