The family-friendly Minelab Detector Jamboree is returning to the Central Victorian town of Wedderburn this Labour Day Long Weekend for two jam-packed days of gold-detecting fun for the entire family.

Featuring extraordinary prizes, junior and senior Metal Token Hunts, Gold Panning knockouts, Detector demonstrations for beginners, town garage sales and night entertainment, the annual Minelab Wedderburn Detector Jamboree has become a ‘must’ on many prospectors’ calendars since its beginnings in 1998 – both for the competition and the chance to catch up with fellow enthusiasts.
