Neerim South in West Gippsland will transform into a vibrant open-air gallery from 28 February to 15 March 2026 for the fifth biennial Neerim Artsfest. 

Celebrating contemporary sculpture in a uniquely regional setting, this free festival showcases striking artworks displayed throughout the town’s parks, streets and local venues. Under the 2026 theme The Spirit Soars, sculptors explore ideas of freedom, wonder and visual excitement, creating an imaginative trail set against leafy streetscapes and country charm. 

Start at Algie Hall (open daily 10am–4pm) to view indoor exhibits and collect a map, then explore at your own pace.
