The Pairing Method is back for its 3rd year in a row! Taste, test, watch and enjoy as we guide you through the ultimate deconstruction of food and wine pairing. This is achieved through reverse-engineering a meal to pair perfectly with a specific wine – down to the element.

Two-hatted chef Tyson Bertoncello (O.MY) will join us to create your own dishes. And Meg Brodtmann, Master of Wine will guide you through different ingredients to get a feel for how those ingredients can change the taste, structure or texture of a wine.
