COVID-19 – How we are responding

With travel restrictions now eased, small-group experiences are back on the agenda and our Providers are starting to add new dates again.

As we have learnt previously, things can quickly change, however rest assured that if any event you are booked for is cancelled, that a full refund will be provided.

Any experiences  will be conducted with appropriate cleaning and social distancing measures in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Department of Health and Human Services.

If you attend an experience and you feel that these protocols were not adhered to, we encourage you to send a complaint to our support team;
