Vinea Marson’s award winning cellar door experience brings a little bit of Italy to central Victoria’s Heathcote region, with antipasto platters of salumi & Italian style cheeses from That’s Amore Cheese accompanied by estate grown olive oil & the family’s Shiraz jelly. The perfect complement to Mario & Madeleine Marson’s old world wines from Heathcote & the Alpine Valleys, the cellar door’s antipasto plates centre on the Drunken Buffalo cheese, a collaborative cheese from Giorgio Linguanti made with buffalo milk & coated in Vinea Marson’s Nebbiolo skins inspired by the Piedmontese Testun di Barolo.
