This workshop is designed to take the mystery out of cheese making and break it down into something so simple, you will be able to reproduce in your own kitchen. You don’t need any special equipment, the method and technique are as simple as the ingredients themselves.
Notes will be provided. Pre course coffee & tea is provided along with tasting of homemade preserves.
What to bring:
Bring your enthusiasm. The dress for the day is “comfortable”. We will take a walk around the property, see the garden and the animals, so please wear suitable shoes.

We understand that sometimes in life things can occur unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, at least 7 days’ notice is required in order for a refund. For any cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date, you will forfeit your fee unless the place can be filled from a waiting list. If you would like to transfer to another workshop, it must be done with at least 7 days’ notice before the start of the workshop.
if there are insufficient numbers for a class it may be cancelled or postponed. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option of a full refund or a transfer to a class of equivalent value.
