Extra tips:
Wear comfy clothes, shoes with a closed toe and be prepared to pay attention to your hair to ensure there are no hairs set loose in the commercial kitchen. We provide aprons but feel free to bring your own if you like.
Bring a notebook if you are so inclined.
The Dandenong Ranges is a great place to spend the weekend so consider spending some more time in the area. If you do, Hano and Penny are well versed with places to go and things to do so don’t forget to ask for their insider tips.

Unfortunately we can’t refund your money after this time, however, we are happy for you to send someone in your place.
