Your session includes:

• A tour of Kilderkin – learn about the distillation process’
• A guided gin tasting – discover your preferred flavours and aromas
• Botanical selection – choose the characteristics of your bespoke gin
• Let the magic begin – start the distillation process using one of our small stills
• Bottling and labelling – personally package 500mLs of your bespoke gin to take home and savour
• The finale – sit and relax with a drink made with your own gin accompanied by a selection of locally made cheeses.
