The session will take you into the world of gin, learning about the different botanicals and how they harmonise to create a perfectly balanced gin. With the guidance of one of our expert distillers, you’ll handpick your selection of botanicals and distil your very own gin using one of our small 2-litre stills.

While the still does its work, you’ll be taken on an informative tour of our distillery, gaining insight into the rich history of gin and distillation in Australia.
