Ballarat will be in full bloom once again as the Ballarat Begonia Festival returns over the Labour Day long weekend, Saturday 11 to Monday 13 March 2023.

Returning to its original three-day format, the free nature-based event in the heart of Victoria’s Goldfields region will embrace the city’s thriving, creative community and showcase its signature collection of rare begonias with an exciting new program.

Colourful installations will fill the gardens with the event’s main stage and floral clock returning. Alongside vibrant flower displays, festival-goers can also expect fine food purveyors, markets, live music, kids’ activities, and roving entertainment.
