The epic spectacle of medieval jousting, the world’s original extreme sport, is coming to Victoria this month when Kryal Castle hosts the Australian Jousting Championships. Australia’s best will go head-to-head in the high-impact jousting competition, which is set to take place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of May.

The competition is exactly as it was in the high Middle Ages – the competitor’s armour is a medieval replica, the rules are true to history and the hits from the three metre wood lances are big and bone-shaking.
