A collaboration between farmer, chef and winemaker and a celebration of autumnal produce. The Force of Nature Autumn Festival lunch returns to Lyons Will Estate.

Chef Lorena Corso will be creating a delectable four course meal, using the beautiful produce of the Force of Nature Food Co, grown just up the road in Romsey.

Using what’s in season at the farm and what can be foraged from the forests enveloping the Macedon Ranges, think peppers and pine mushrooms, pumpkin and tromboncino, quinces and figs. The perfect way to celebrate beautiful produce, autumn flavours and superb wines at Lyons Will’s cellar door.
