As part of du Fermier’s 10th Anniversary Celebrations and the “Meet the Farmer” series of masterclasses – Annie will be hosting one of her intimate demonstration masterclasses. You get to meet and chat with Bruce Rolfe from Oberon Stud and Annie will take you through numerous lamb dishes. You get to take home the recipes, notes and enjoy morning tea. The class is followed with a beautiful 3-course lunch and matching wine featuring Oberon Stud lamb and vegetables from Annie’s own farm, Babbington Park in nearby Lyonville.
