Riesling is one of the flagship varieties of the Macedon Ranges. First planted in the 70s and thriving to this day. In this intimate masterclass, limited to just 20 people, explore five expressions of Riesling from five exceptional producers – Bindi, Granite Hills, Hesket Estate, Lyons Will Estate and Zig Zag Road.

Each wine will be accompanied by a small taster, designed to complement the wines, and you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a few of the winemakers about how their patches of soil influence this beautiful variety.
