Taltarni Club Members and aficionados of Cabernet and Chardonnay are invited to experience a sumptuous comparative tasting and dinner as part of Taltarni’s Benchmark Dinner at the renowned Lake House Daylesford on Saturday, 9 July 2022.
This unmissable event, limited to 36 guests, will feature Cabernets and Chardonnays grown on Taltarni’s Pyrenees vineyards compared with wines from Bordeaux (Château Mouton-Rothschild), Burgundy (Château de Fuissé), and Goelet’s winery in the Napa Valley (Clos du Val).
Presented in the Lake House’s beautiful Waterfront Pavillion, each bracket carefully matched with the Lake House chef’s selection of canapes, a four-course tasting menu, and a cheese course. Locally sourced produce at Alla Wolf-Tasker’s iconic, two-hatted (Good Food Guide) country house restaurant is from their family’s nearby Dairy Flat Farm.
