Hosted by Dal Zotto Wines and The Meat Room, the Victorian Salami Festival is an annual event hosted at Dal Zotto Wines to celebrate the art of salami making.

Hosted alongside their annual salami-making competition, the festival is the day to celebrate the salami season just passed and enjoy a delicious Italian-inspired lunch with wine.

The winners of the salami competition are announced and awarded their prizes. There is live music throughout the day as well as, salami-making demonstrations and salami market stalls.
