In this class, we will be making filo pastry ourselves (it’s not as hard as you think) and depending on the availability of spinach, we will be making a spanakopita (or other greens pitta), tiropitta (cheese pitta), and haloumopitta (haloumi cheese and honey – by far my favourite). 

This class will take approximately 3-4 hours – allowing also time to eat them and enjoy them.
