“Ararat Live” is held at the Town Hall, 193 Barkly Street, Ararat. Multi award-winning Melbourne singer-songwriter Ernest Aines writes songs in styles ranging from Americana to folky lore type storytelling. Described as “truly authentic” and with “exceptional songwriting”, his honeyed voice and intricate finger picking guitar style are a rare treat. He will be playing with his new band before they go on to play at The Port Fairy Folk Festival in March.
