Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar will be opening their doors this Anzac Day Eve for an evening of delicious food and wine.

A thoughtful menu guided by the season has been crafted for this extra evening of service, derived from the very best produce from the small farmers they are proud to work with.

Confit tomato soup made from Elizabeth’s tomatoes, rotisserie free range chickens cooked over mallee root charcoal, beetroots roasted slowly and served with Elizabeth’s rocket, charred orange and crushed hazelnuts.
