And just like that, we’re officially signing off our first year of being settled in our newly expanded gin home, Healesville 2.0!

So naturally, we’ve decided the only way to give it a proper send-off is by throwing a big ole’ ginny celebration at the distillery!

The night officially kicks off at 7:30pm with a delicious gin drink on arrival and some boogie-worthy tunes courtesy of DJ Eddie Berko in the Gin Garden. After you’ve worked up a sweat on the dance floor, you’ll no doubt need to re-fuel with some gin drinks and Made From Gin snacks. Our Made From Gin whiz, Caro is preparing some of her best hits of 2022 just for the occasion. Think Karaage chicken, cheeseburger pies and prawn and yuzu mayo brioche buns. As for cocktails, you’ll be served up two of Dave’s all-time favourite gin drinks from the last three special Beth’s Bar menus.

The party officially wraps up at 1am, and if you’re staying in town our Four Pillars bus will be ready to drop you home safely (within Healesville only) between 10:30pm and 1:30am.
