Noble One was made in 1982 by Darren De Bortoli and since then it has become one of our most awarded wines. More than three decades after this pioneering Botrytis Semillon took the world by storm, internationally acclaimed Noble One remains the benchmark of Australian ‘Botrytis’ dessert winemaking.

We are offering a rare opportunity to taste some older vintages of Noble One accompanied by an inspired menu created by our Executive Chef, Maurizio Esposito and his team.

There will be canapes on arrival and a 4-course dinner for $160pp with matched wines (focusing on Noble One of course).
