Dal Zotto Wines and The Meat Room will host the ultimate contest of salami styles at The Victorian Salami Festival, to decide once and for all – which region is worthy of the title Il Salame Perfetto (The Perfect Salami). Will it be the north or the south?

The day will start off with a salami demonstration at 12:00pm with James Mele of The Meat Room. Learn how to make the perfect salami from the man who has been to Italy to learn from the masters how to do this better than anyone. The day will continue with live music, plenty of delicious Italian food and the announcement of Il Salame Perfetto.
