Renowned Sydney musician and songwriter John Kennedy leads an all-star musical trio in Sons of Sun, a homage to legendary Sun Records founder Sam Phillips.

Co-written by award-winning playwright Kieran Carroll, Sons of Sun tells the story of Sam Phillips (Matt Charleston) his assistant Marion Keisker (Victoria Beck) and the famous musicians who recorded at Sun Studios in Memphis.

Joining John Kennedy on stage are Sydney musicians Murray Cook (The Soul Movers; The Wiggles) and Jeff Hall.

The band perform 35 songs from Elvis; Johnny Cash; Carl Perkins; Jerry-Lee Lewis; Roy Orbison and many more.
