In a world of chemicals and synthetics and fakery, what does it mean to be “from the earth”? We are all of the earth and yet modern day people seem to have lost that connection to the earth and the way in which it sustains life.

We asked our artist members to explore what the earth means to them and how they can tangibly use it in their creative practices. Many of them have found a deeper connection with nature, whilst others have expressed their worries for how the daily activities of man affects the natural world around us.
